Terms & Conditions

  1. Anyone can be the Road Safety Member (Member) of National Road Safety Club (NRSC) of RTS MicroNetworks Pvt. Ltd. (Company) & avail RTS-QR services. RTS MicroNetworks Pvt. Ltd. shall be solely responsible for RTS-QR Service and NRSC.
  2. Member or their designated representative must complete the Membership registration process with our authorized company executive and the Member bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and any related obligations.
  3. Member Registration is available for a term of 1 to 5 Years with a renewable option for up to 5 Years, payable online in accordance with our Company's Policy. The Company is not liable for payment failures or banking-related issues.
  4. All payments made for the Member Registration are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  5. The Member assumes all risks associated with using the RTS-QR Sticker.
  6. The Company disclaims liability for technical, legal, financial, or other issues or any malfunction.
  7. The Company is not responsible for any misuse or fraudulent use of RTS-QR by any person or entity.
  8. The Company does not assume liability for vehicle theft, damage, or loss under any circumstances.
  9. Members shall not disclose any confidential information obtained through their membership.
  10. Members must adhere to safety guidelines and refrain from unlawful activities.
  11. The Company reserves the right to deactivate Road Safety Membership/RTS-QR at any time without prior notice.
  12. When RTS-QR is scanned, alerts are sent to the registered mobile numbers. Scanner identity and location data remain confidential unless requested by authorized personnel.
  13. The Company is not obligated to store data beyond 30 days unless required for legal purposes.
  14. The Company reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice.
  15. Authorized Company Executives will explain operational details before payment.
  16. Standard SMS charges may apply for RTS-QR alerts.
  17. All company contact information is subject to change without prior notice.
  18. The Company may conduct Road Safety Quiz Competitions and reserves the sole authority for winner selection.
  19. Members agree to receive invoices, certificates, coupons, and notifications via SMS or authorized platforms.
  20. In any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director shall be final.
  21. Members must obey road safety rules and promote Road Safety initiatives.
  22. By availing membership, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  23. Subject to Nagpur jurisdiction only.
