Anyone can be the Road Safety member (Member) of National Road Safety Club (NRSC) of RTS MicroNetworks Pvt. Ltd. (Company) & avail RTS-QR services. RTS MicroNetworks Pvt. Ltd. shall be solely responsible for RTS-QR Service and NRSC.

The vehicle owner or their designated representative must complete the RTS-QR registration process with our authorized company executive. The vehicle owner bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and any related obligations.

RTS-QR Registration is available for a term of 1 to 5 Years with a renewable option for up to 5 Years, payable online as per Company Policy. We are not liable for payment failures or issues due to banking policies or mishandling.

All Payments made are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
The user assumes all risks associated with using the RTS-QR Sticker.
Company disclaims liability for technical, legal, financial or other issues or any malfunction.

Company is not responsible for misuse or fraudulent use of RTS-QR. It shall not be held liable for any consequences.
Company does not assume liability for vehicle theft, damage or loss under any circumstances.

Members must not disclose any confidential information obtained through membership.
Members must adhere to safety guidelines and refrain from unlawful activities. The company is not liable for non-compliance.

The Company reserves the right to deactivate any Membership/RTS-QR at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

When RTS-QR is scanned during accidents or parking issues, notification alerts will be sent to the registered mobile and emergency contacts. The contact info and location of the scanner remain confidential unless requested by authorized personnel.

Company is not obligated to store data beyond 30 days, though it may be available for legal purposes.
Personal data will be protected as per applicable laws.

The Company may modify policies at any time without prior notice.
Authorized executives will explain RTS-QR operation and terms. After understanding, users may proceed with online payment.

Standard SMS rates may apply. Ensure storage availability. Company is not responsible for non-receipt or delay of messages.

RSMFLCPPP lucky draw is for NRSC members. Winners are chosen randomly and transparently. No disputes will be entertained.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and must be claimed within 15 days. Winners bear applicable taxes.

In any dispute, the Managing Director's decision is final.
